Your Role :
Be the backbone of our litigation processes by supporting our attorneys and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Master the art of multitasking by efficiently handling multiple tasks and setting priorities to meet tight deadlines.
Collaborate seamlessly with team members to foster a cohesive and productive work environment.
Anticipate and address discovery and evidentiary issues in consultation with our attorneys.
Draft top-notch proposed discovery responses, non-party subpoenas, and identify crucial documents for production.
Coordinate expert and attorney conferences with finesse and prepare comprehensive expert packages.
Engage with clients to gather essential documents and interrogatory verification pages.
Take charge of trial preparation by organizing proposed witness and exhibit lists, exhibits, and objections.
