What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lockbox Processor position at AppleOne?
We are working with an established client seeking dedicated Data Entry Specialists for long-term contract positions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a secure, professional environment with opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Pay is shift-dependent.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare documents for digitization by extracting payments and materials from mailing envelopes.
Input and validate data accurately in the system following specific customer instructions.
Operate high-volume document scanning machines and ensure the quality of scanned images.
Validate and reconcile electronic reports with paper documentation.
Use judgment for routine tasks and escalate non-routine situations to a manager.
Learn new processing functions and equipment operations as needed.
Maintain productivity, quality, accuracy, and confidentiality standards while meeting defined goals.
Ensure compliance with customer and bank guidelines, internal audit, and security practices.
Requirements :
Strong Data Entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and meet creditworthiness requirements.
Comfortable working in a high-security production environment with strict regulations (e.g., no cell phones or smartwatches on the production floor).
Physically able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
No time off during the first 90 days (no exceptions).
