Logistics Clerk

Logistics Clerk needed to work for a major logistics company located in Ranch Dominguez.

Process and input all customer inbound / outbound orders. Coordinate special last-minute customer requests with Production, Receiving, Shipping and Inventory Departments in order to expedite orders as necessary. Review the aged orders report from WMS every morning to identify orders that did not ship, then investigate and solve those issues. Maintain a good relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner.
