Join our team as a Mail Services Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately sorting, posting, and delivering mail while providing top-notch customer service. This is a dynamic position that requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and distribute incoming / outgoing mail, packages, and shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Sort, open, and stamp mail, ensuring proper handling and delivery.
- Operate postage machines and weigh packages to determine postage.
- Maintain records, log activities, and ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Assist with document preparation and imaging tasks.
- Provide friendly and responsive service while managing multiple tasks.
