Manufacturing Manager

Position Overview : As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead our manufacturing team in the production of high-quality medical devices. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor manufacturing staff, promoting an environment culture of safety, collaboration, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to production processes. Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
