Shift : 2nd - 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 30 pm

Overview :

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team, focusing on the production of high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. This role operates within a manufacturing cell, and under close supervision, you'll be responsible for the assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices while adhering to standardized procedures and ensuring strict quality control.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble, repair, and test medical devices, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job documentation, contributing to product traceability.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless production workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and support divisional initiatives such as Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Actively participate in performance metric setting and monitoring to drive operational success.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and continuous improvement processes.
