Job Opening: Marketing Administrator
Location: Approximately 1 hour southeast of Shreveport, LA
Mon to Fri (in office) Some Saturdays
Salary: $43K-$46K Excellent Benefits

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, website content management, and promotional content development. This role requires proficiency in InDesign, basic HTML, and CSS coding. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, websites, publications, and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.).
Develop and update website content (WordPress knowledge a plus).
Design marketing and sales flyers using InDesign.
Create and produce marketing materials, including literature, advertising copy, company sales books, and conference materials for districts.
Conduct market research, collect data, and forecast trends.
Analyze consumer behavior and review marketing activities of competitors.
Plan and organize promotional events and trade shows.
Organize and arrange details for conferences.
Implement marketing strategies across social media, websites, publications, and networking events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media Management, Website Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, or 5 years of recent equivalent experience.
Proficiency in social media management platforms.
Experience with website content management systems.
Knowledge of InDesign, basic HTML, and CSS coding.
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
Knowledge of best SEO practices and Google Analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly developed creativity.
Software Knowledge: Adobe Creative Cloud applications and services (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), CANVA, Search engine advertising (Pay-per-click advertising, Google Ads).
