We are hiring for Order Processor - Inside Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Process daily orders and send order confirmations.
- Answer phone calls and manage sales promotions effectively.
- Provide accurate pricing and product availability to customers.
- Expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments by collaborating with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations, and other departments.
