Job Description :
One of New York's premier workers' compensation defense firms with over 30 years of experience is seeking a detail-oriented and organized paralegal to join our team. As a paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and assisting in various legal tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
- Acting as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and administrative agencies.
- Organizing and managing documents related to cases.
- Assisting in medical records procurement and reviews.
- Supporting attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.
- Summarizing medical records, hearing transcripts, and deposition transcripts.
- Conducting factual research as needed.
