Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Preschool Director to lead our preschool's marketing, financial, and operational efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain families, drive enrollment growth, and build strong community relationships. Key responsibilities include :
Marketing & Enrollment :
Develop and execute marketing strategies.
Drive enrollment growth through outreach and online marketing.
Analyze market trends for competitive tuition pricing.
Financial & Budget Management :
Oversee tuition pricing models and manage the annual budget.
Identify additional revenue streams.
Monitor expenses and ensure financial sustainability.
Operational & Administrative Leadership :
Ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee enrollment, admissions, and student retention.
Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
Curriculum & Staff Development :
Align curriculum with best practices.
Provide professional development for teachers.
Foster a positive team culture.
Parent & Community Engagement :
Develop strong relationships with parents.
Organize parent-teacher conferences and community events.
Serve as the face of the preschool in the community.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience in preschool or childcare center management.
Expertise in marketing, sales, and enrollment growth strategies.
Background in financial planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of early childhood education regulations.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
