We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Process Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will offer technical support to our production lines. Your efforts will be crucial in driving value through innovative process improvements and transformations, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Role Description :
Lead local site activities to create, improve and oversee various production processes in manufacturing operations by developing new methods and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create manufacturing processes after analyzing the requirements of the finished product, developing, altering and testing various manufacturing methods.
- Analyzing various aspects of manufacturing with the goal of finding elements that can be improved.
- Conducting research and assess various processes by using their knowledge regarding product fabrication, assembly, design and materials, as well as feedback from equipment vendors and operators.
- Confirming the quality of both products and processes by establishing the standards they have to meet and developing various testing methods to confirm it.
- Helping the company’s management make strategic decisions by helping them determine the costs of labor, production and materials, as well as future cost projections.
- Assist management maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Database management of all manufactured products and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair operations for all manufacturing equipment, based on established and developed instructions and procedures in alignment with ISO program.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry developments.
- Promote safety throughout the plant, adhere to all company policies, all other duties as assigned.
Work Environment :
Work is both indoors and outdoors (not temperature controlled), and may be exposed to loud noises, hazardous equipment, and contaminants. PPE and protective clothing are required in designated areas.
