~ Be the Safety Guardian: Ensure every operation, especially those involving hazardous materials, is executed with unwavering commitment to safety.
~ Command the Field: Direct and inspire field crews to achieve exceptional results in environmental remediation and emergency response, including chemical spills and other hazard events.
~ Conquer Challenges: Proactively tackle obstacles and keep projects on track, even in high-pressure situations involving hazardous materials.
~ Build Client Champions: Forge strong relationships and deliver top-notch service, providing expert guidance during sensitive environmental incidents.
~ Answer the Call: Lead emergency response efforts with confidence and efficiency, including 24/7 availability for chemical spills and other environmental hazards.
Your Superpowers:
~ Decades of field leadership experience (10-15 years), with a strong focus on hazardous materials handling and emergency response.
~ A proven track record in environmental, remediation, or industrial services, specifically in managing chemical spills and hazard events.
~ A clean driving record and a valid license (CDL a plus!).
~ Expertise in heavy equipment and emergency response, with specialized knowledge in chemical spill containment and cleanup.
~ Exceptional communication and leadership skills, especially in crisis management.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
~ Answer 24/7 Emergency Response calls when on uncontrolled standby.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
~ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
~ 10 - 15 years of supervisory experience for multiple crews in Environmental, Remediation and/or Industrial Services.
~ Valid driver’s license required. CDL license preferred.
~ Driving record that meets company standards and current DMV printout, required.
~ Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations preferred.
~ Emergency response supervisor training preferred.
~ Some experience in following up on sales leads preferred.
~ Knowledge of CRM programs and federal and state environmental regulations.
