Pay is $31,200.00 - $34,320.00 per year.
Qualifications : Associate's Degree OR one or more years of experience in property management. Property Management Certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Strong computer skills and the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues. Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests. Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and rent collection. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related projects. Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for efficient work order tracking. Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities. Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records.
