Now hiring for an immediate need as a Records Coordinator with a great law firm in Downtown Orlando!
Duties include, but are not limited to filing, creating indexes, opening files, closing files, document organization, copying, faxing, scanning and additional office support as needed. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and be highly organized. Previous office experience required.
Requirements :
- Must be a team player, have strong attention to detail and be highly organized.
- Must be polished and professional.
- Previous legal filing experience preferred.
- Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday in office.
