We are a fast-paced organization looking to expand our team with a dynamic and skilled Recruiter. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, have a strong recruiting background, and are capable of handling multiple open roles at once, we want to hear from you!
This role is TEMPORARY - expected to last 3-5 months.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for a variety of roles across different departments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and seamless progress through open positions, moving quickly to meet recruitment goals.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
