We're growing and looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Recruiter for our client! If you're a skilled, experienced recruiting professional with a proven track record of finding top talent, especially in the industrial and construction sectors, we want to hear from you.
About the Role :
As a key member of our team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and proactively build talent pipelines for critical roles. Your expertise in the industrial / construction industries will be invaluable as you identify and attract the best candidates in the market.
Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruitment :
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.
Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials that attract top talent.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique requirements.
Develop candidate shortlists and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and answer candidate questions about benefits and employment terms.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Proactive Talent Acquisition :
Proactively identify and develop talent pipelines for critical industrial / construction roles.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications :
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring in the industrial and construction industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
A results-oriented mindset and a strong drive to achieve hiring targets.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Must live in Greensboro, NC
