Compensation :
- $17 per hour for English speakers
- $17.75 per hour for bilingual speakers (English / Spanish or English / Creole)
Job Type :
- Remote, must reside and be authorized to work in the US
- Seasonal, temporary position
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and type email messages for agents.
- Manage team calendar in MS Outlook and schedule appointments.
- Distribute messages and make outbound calls to confirm event attendees.
- Schedule appointments using web tools and MS Office.
- Assemble marketing materials and perform clerical duties such as creating shipping labels, sorting mail, and stocking spaces.
Skills :
- Call center and Work From Home experience are required!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and web tools.
Job Requirements :
- Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in using MS Office and web tools.
- Experience managing schedules and calendars.
Required Experience :
- Experience working with the public, including seniors.
- 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or related field.
Required Education :
High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
