We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional background in providing administrative support, with a strong emphasis on coordination, scheduling, and managing extensive travel arrangements

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings, appointments, and events.
• Coordinate and track multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Plan and arrange extensive travel for various clients and teams throughout various cities in the US
• Address any changes or issues that arise during travel, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to schedules.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, and external customers.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Manage logistics, invitations, materials, and on-site coordination for events.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on scheduling, coordination, and travel management.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing large-scale travel arrangements
• Experience with event planning and project management is a plus.
