We are looking for a Senior Superintendent for a Commercial Construction company in Orlando, FL. Salary : $125,000-$150,000
The Senior Superintendent Position Objective : Plan, lead, and coordinate all field activities for construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Project Execution
- Develop thoughtful project pre-plans, baseline schedules, and continuous updates to current project schedules.
- Coordinate all phases of construction, including subcontractor management, materials, and equipment.
- Utilize tools such as Procore and mobile applications for documentation of daily reports, field changes / events, T&M work, meetings, toolbox talks, and safety issues.
