Job Responsibilities :
Perform precision hand soldering and rework of electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) following IPC standards.
Inspect and test soldered connections to ensure quality and compliance with company and industry standards.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
Assemble and repair electronic components using various soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount.
Operate and maintain soldering tools and equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects and perform necessary corrections.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in hand soldering, preferably in an electronics manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and / or J-STD-001 certification (preferred but not required).
Ability to work with small components and use microscopes or magnifiers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.
