Project Manager (Agile/Waterfall)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, adapting to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, ensuring that key milestones and priorities are met.
• Facilitate and lead productive meetings with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Solve complex problems with analytical rigor and creative solutions, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, key support partners, and end users, acting as the bridge between business and development teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage communications, timelines, and reporting, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Proven organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage both non-technical business units and technical teams.
• A demonstrated history of successfully managing projects in diverse settings, including financial services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
