Are you a detail-oriented Tax Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? I’m partnering with a well-established firm in Jacksonville, FL, seeking a skilled professional to join their team.
What You’ll Do :
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Analyze financial records to determine tax liabilities and identify potential deductions and credits.
Communicate complex tax laws to clients, providing clear and insightful tax planning strategies.
Conduct audits and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
Stay up to date on tax regulations to ensure the firm remains compliant with changing laws.
Utilize QuickBooks Online and tax preparation software to efficiently process returns.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in tax preparation.
Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is highly desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and tax preparation software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
