What Experience we seek :
Onboarding & Training : You'll play a key role in onboarding new team members, ensuring they’re well-prepared and confident as they take on their roles. You'll also provide ongoing training to existing employees and ensure they stay up to date with company procedures and systems.
Developing SOPs : You’ll create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline processes, helping our company maintain consistency and efficiency in all departments.
Support Across Departments : As the backbone of daily office operations, you’ll step in where needed during employee absences, assisting with a range of tasks including accounts payable, payroll, financial reconciliation, reporting, and more.
Confidentiality & Compliance : With great responsibility comes great trust. You'll ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost care and discretion while helping maintain accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies.
What We're Looking For :
Qualifications : A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, and an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus. Experience in roles like Accounts Payable Clerk or similar is preferred.
Skills : You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage your time effectively. A strong knowledge of accounting principles, along with proficiency in software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, will be essential.
Personality : We need someone who is dependable, motivated, and eager to contribute to the team’s success. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping others, you’ll thrive in this role.
