We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our receiving, shipping, inventory control, and warehousing operations. In this role, you will manage daily department functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Key responsibilities include supervising inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing physical and year-end counts, managing departmental staff, and reporting shipping performance metrics. You will also be responsible for training employees, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring adherence to safety, C-TPAT, and ISO procedures. The ideal candidate has 15 years of supervisory experience in shipping / receiving, proficiency in inventory systems, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
