Details include:
- Will be 100% remote after training.
- MUST live in the following counties near Jacksonville: Duval, Clay, Putnam, Columbia, Baker, Suwannee, Hamilton, Baker, Nassau, St. Johns
- Training will be 2 weeks.
- Mental health or crisis prevention experience, call center, able to resolve problems, critical thinking and good listening skills.
- MUST pass Level 2 Fingerprinting and 10 panel drug test.
- Equipment will be provided.
- Hours: Tues-Sat 1pm-10pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls with an appropriate tone of voice, paying close attention to voice inflection and volume.
- Answer chats, texts and emails using correct spelling grammar, and professional language, paying close attention to the inclusion of feeling reflections.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using multiple types of contact center software, computer hardware and telephone equipment.
- Maintain acceptable level of contact handling and customer service performance as described by hotline training standards.
