To help accomplish this goal, Appleseed is seeking to fill a full-time position of Co-Occurring Adult Case Manager. We are looking for an energetic individual with strong time management, organizational, and writing skills to join a treatment team providing case management and educational services to clients with both substance use and mental health needs.

Responsibilities
- Individual and group interventions
- Crisis management
- Housing search and placement
- Budgeting
- Assisting individuals in developing living skills
- Supporting communication and relationship skills
- Teaching coping strategies
- Providing advocacy, assessment, linkage, monitoring, and support for persons served
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- CDCA license and experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment preferred
- Ability to relate to a wide variety of people from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Familiarity with Ashland County resources desired
- Majority of work provided in client homes or community sites
- Must have reliable transportation and pass background, driving record checks, and a drug test
- Must have a car available during working hours, carry and maintain automobile insurance, as well as the ability to legally drive a car
