Appleton Campbell is a Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Residential Service Provider that specializes in providing the highest level of workmanship and unmatched customer service in the Northern VA area.

Here at Appleton Campbell, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes and providing administrative support to our sales representatives and managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support : Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and organizing documentation.
  • Sales Support : Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Team Assistance : Collaborate closely with sales representatives to assist in achieving sales targets. Provide administrative support such as preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations as needed.
  • Sales Analysis : Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proposal Development : Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Sales Coordination : Coordinate with other departments (such as marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
