Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in our skilled nursing facility and residential care facility to ensure that all areas are disinfected, sanitized and deep cleaned This role requires a strong commitment to ensure our residents have a clean facility and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including residents' rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, nursing station, break room and dining/living room areas.
- Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for all residents, families, staff or guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to resident and staff requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist with projects when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Proficiency in residential cleaning techniques and custodial duties.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Experience in floor care.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
