Key Responsibilities
- Integrate safety protocols into all site plans and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee performance, productivity, and quality, while upholding strict safety standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to address risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain project timelines.
- Ensure construction aligns with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Plan and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and detailed three-week lookahead schedules.
- Track budgets, forecasts, and profitability, proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities.
