Job Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
- Operate and maintain machinery related to the painting process
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
Industrial Painting:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Ensure even application and adherence to quality standards
- Perform touch-ups and inspections to maintain a high-quality finish
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial painting and/or machine operation preferred
- Familiarity with painting techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
