AppleTree Staffing is partnering with a window and door industry leader to help them find an Installation Coordinator in Indianapolis.
The Installation Coordinator primarily deals with customer interaction with builders, contractors, and remodelers in the industry. They also work with homeowners if the residence is occupied during construction. They work to assist with the transition in starting, maintaining, and finishing the projects through completion. This role will manage projects in the trade segment by scheduling deliveries, installations, punch list walk-throughs, and new services when the homebuilder is still involved in the process.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers
- Process and book orders from the sales team
- Purchase products from vendors and manufacturing facilities
- Track key order dates and activities
- Schedule product completion, value-add services, and pre-finishing
- Coordinate deliveries and post-installation customer payments
- Manage recovery for shortages, damages, and necessary repairs
- Order parts and schedule service appointments
- Process factory credits and provide follow-ups on pending or denied claims
- Support independent contractors in the field
