- Position Details: This is a Year-round position in a school office setting. The majority of a caseload is from students at your school site. If a caseload does not fill from the school site, then cases can be assigned either within the school district or from Kent County Community Mental Health. Sessions are conducted in the school and home. We service clients at multiple levels of care (Home Based, Case Management, and Outpatient levels) with client contact ranging from 5.5 hours per month to 2 hours per month, depending on their level of care. To ensure a healthy partnership with the school, time is given each week for school-specific activities, such as running psycho-educational groups, attending student support meetings, assisting in a crisis, etc.
