**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Senior Clinical Leader - Wound Care and Skin Health. The successful candidate will lead and integrate a fully developed Skin Health and Wound management program, supporting central supply and overseeing durable medical equipment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Skin Health and Wound management program.
- Serve as a clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of durable medical equipment related to wound care.
**Requirements:**
- RN license (MPT/DPT with leadership review/approval).
- National accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC).
- Strong knowledge base of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the interprofessional team.
