We are looking for an energetic, compassionate House Manager to help empower our great team of caregivers, but also care for our wonderful residents who are living with dementia. Some of the key responsibilities of a House Manager are:

Lead with kindness, creating a positive, supportive and compassionate environment for residents and staff
-
Adapting to the changing needs of our residents with patience and understanding
-
Hiring, training and scheduling staff. Supporting and mentoring caregivers to build a welcoming culture
-
Partnering with medical staff and families to ensure open communication
-
Monitoring residents for changes in condition
-
Working within budget to order groceries, supplies and other needs for the house
What we’re looking for:
-
2 or more years of dementia experience in a facility setting
-
Previous management experience
-
Must have QMAP
-
CPR/First Aid preferred but not required
-
