Dedicated to addressing a variety of behavioral, emotional and learning problems, we provide a continuum of care from outpatient counseling to residential treatment.

Our Cuyahoga County team is seeking full-time Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapists to join our collaborative and supportive environment. IHBT is an evidence-based model that provides in-home mental health services to youth with serious emotional or behavioral challenges, helping them thrive within their families and communities.
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide in-home therapy sessions, including individual and family.
Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and skill-building techniques.
Collaborate with families, schools, and other community agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Licensed in Ohio as an LSW, LPC, or MFT
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Ability to travel to client homes and have reliable transportation
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating on-call schedule
Passion for helping children and families succeed
