Appliance Direct is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Laborer to join our team in Leesburg, FL. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jack
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification is a plus
