About Us: ADU is an Appliance Distributor company that has been in business since 1982. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch service and high-quality products to our clients and are seeking a skilled, experienced and, customer-focused Appliance Installer to join our team!

Location: Eastern Shore Territory, reporting to our Easton location

Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of luxury appliances, ensuring proper setup and functionality
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues promptly and efficiently
• Work closely with our logistics department and communicate any on-site issues.
• Willing to drive a company truck for installation purposes
• Compiles with company policies, procedures, and all other duties assigned
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of one year or more in appliance installation is a plus!
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interperonsal skills
• Must pass all background, MVR, reference checks and drug test
• High School Diploma Required

Compensation:

• Pay ranges from $18-$25 per hour, based on experience

Ability to Commute: To other job sites that may require driving across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge

Work Environment: This job operates in an industrial environment. This role is exposed to all types of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. PPE may be required.

• Physical Demands: This is a physical role in repeatedly lifting up to 100 independently, as well as pushing, pulling, lifting, or moving up to 1000 lbs with the assistance of dollies, straps, stooping, standing, and walking may be required.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
