Appliance Delivery and Sales Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Appliance Delivery and Sales Assistant to join our team! Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. This entry-level position will primarily involve assisting with the delivery and installation of appliances, providing excellent customer service, and supporting store operations. You’ll also help with appliance sales and testing in the store, as well as unloading new shipments. This is a physically demanding role, with a focus on delivering quality service to our customers both in the store and in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the delivery and installation of appliances to customer homes
• Provide basic customer service and support the sales team on the showroom floor
• Help unload new shipments of appliances and test them for quality control
• Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for delivery and setup
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Operate a full-sized pickup truck to transport appliances and equipment to job sites
• Lift and carry appliances up to 350 pounds (with assistance) during deliveries and store tasks
• Help ensure that all customer orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required (with a clean driving record)
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy appliances (up to 350 pounds with assistance)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to assist with sales, appliance testing, and general store duties as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
