Responsibilities:
- Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Perform production testing, ensure cleanliness, and assist with the movement of products and equipment as needed.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock-taking activities to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain compliance and consistency.
- Additionally, the associate may need to perform other duties as assigned and be capable of lifting heavy items (over 50 lbs) regularly.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and store policies.
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Sales and Transactions:
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Explain promotions, sales, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent is generally preferred, but not always required.
Work Hour Options:
1. Full-Time
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
2. Part-Time
- Minimum Requirement: Every Saturday
- Additional shifts may be offered based on availability and store needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 48 per week
