About the Role
Provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to our client's employees. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and offer solutions to get employees up and running again. Triage requests accordingly to our 3rd party IT provider. Teach and train employees on new applications or hardware as requested. You will provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding new and departing employees.
Responsibilities
- 2 or more years of experience as a help desk support technician in a macOS environment.
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to make decisions quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, including macOS and Windows
- High school degree: additional certification in Apple products and devices preferred
