IT Technician
Cameron, LA
W2 Contract
- Provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to our client's employees
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and offer solutions to get employees up and running again
- Triage requests accordingly to our 3rd party IT provider
- Teach and train employees on new applications or hardware as requested
- Provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding new and departing employees
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience as a help desk support technician in a macOS environment
- High school degree; additional certification in Apple products and devices preferred
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to make decisions quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, including macOS and Windows
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.72 - $23.10 per hour
