About you
You are a seasoned Subcontracts professional with extensive experience supporting engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects within the energy or infrastructure sectors. Over the past 7–10 years, you’ve successfully led subcontracting activities across all phases of major capital projects—from early planning and bidder pre-qualification to execution, change management, and closeout. You bring a detail-oriented, risk-aware approach to contract oversight and thrive in dynamic, site-based environments. You’re driven by accountability, precision, and the opportunity to deliver results that directly impact project success.
About the role
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the subcontracting lifecycle on a high-profile construction project. You’ll collaborate closely with construction, legal, HSE, and quality teams to manage risk, resolve issues, and maintain subcontractor performance. With a strong presence at the project site in Louisiana, this role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and experienced in navigating the unique demands of large-scale industrial projects. You’ll be a key contributor in keeping operations moving efficiently and in line with project goals.
About the Client
The client is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, their modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.
