Looking for Senior Technical Writer in the Knowledge Management / Technical Publications organization. Candidate will be responsible for creating and editing technical procedures and manuals for internal and external customers. Will work closely with engineers, core writing staff, and cross-functional teams across global regions.
Skills : Strong English language skills.Work experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointBachelor’s degree in Technical Writing / English / Communications / Journalism or similar.Excellent editing and writing skills, good communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work well in a team environment
Duties : Create and thoroughly edit technical procedures and manuals for internal and external customersCollaborate with engineers and core writing staff to finalize procedures using MS WordEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of technical contentCreate product manuals in the Content Management System (CMS)Obtain information from engineering sources, edit the information for accuracy and completeness, and incorporate it into proceduresAttend and contribute to content team meetings, and provide status and plan for future deliverables
