Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in Analytics/Software services like Data engineering and Business Intelligence platforms/SaaS products
- Strong network and experience selling to CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data & Analytics, and RGMs.
- Proven track record of selling Analytics and Big Data solutions to US Fortune 500 companies. Ability to develop and secure analytics projects with large enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Availability for short notice travel as required. Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales and growth targets.
- Experience working with cross-cultural and on-shore, off-shore models.
- Ability to develop innovative ideas to meet the needs of a fast-growing and evolving business.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on selling to CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data & Analytics, and RGMs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to establish strategic partnerships with major industry players such as Microsoft, SAP, Snowflake, AWS, etc., to expand the firm's market presence.
- Travel to client locations within the US, primarily on the east coast, and occasionally to other parts of the country, to close deals and maintain client relationships.
- Lead the end-to-end process of RFP participation and contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Revenue Ownership and Lead Management:
- Take ownership of achieving revenue targets and monitor performance against set goals.
- Generate qualified leads in coordination with lead gen agencies, marketing teams, and by attending conferences and networking events.
