Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and invoices.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Provide support in audits, tax filings, and other financial activities.
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional accounting needs.
- Assist in implementing accounting software upgrades and improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred).
