Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant with strong Excel skills to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with office operations, maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling emails, and maintaining office records.
- Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Charts to organize and analyze data.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
