This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with an accounting degree and some practical experience, eager to build a career in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities :
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and invoices.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Provide support in audits, tax filings, and other financial activities.
Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional accounting needs.
Assist in implementing accounting software upgrades and improvements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
