Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective behavioral interventions. The BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create supportive environments for clients.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Stay updated on the latest research in behavioral health and apply findings to improve practice.
Experience
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health challenges is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care practices.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and research data collection methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $80.47 - $84.08 per hour
