Schedule : 2 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday (Home cases also available!)
Sign-On Bonus : $100!
Position Overview :
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in providing individualized care and support to children with autism, either at our center in Manchester or in the homes of families. As an LNA in this role, you'll be assisting children with daily activities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and helping foster a positive and inclusive environment for children aged preschool to elementary school. Your work will be hands-on and impactful, contributing directly to the child's progress in both academic and behavioral areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist children with autism in daily activities, including self-care and learning tasks.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans under the direction of supervisors.
- Provide support in academic, social, and emotional areas.
- Track and report progress using data collection methods.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere for all children in your care.
