The Role:
We are seeking a Hose Winder who will be responsible for the manufacture and repair of hoses for adhesive and sealant dispensing equipment.
This includes following the bill of material instructions, quality directions, standard operating procedures, and company policies
This role is On-Site and located in Winder, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and repair of glue/sealant dispensing equipment according to Bill of Materials Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Specifications.
- Utilizes documentation such as the Bill of Materials and work instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor inventory of all parts used when building any products. Notify your supervisor if we are low on parts or inventory level is incorrect. Notify supervisor if the Bill of Materials is not correct so it can be corrected.
- Perform quality check and serialize finished products and package for inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
- May perform hammering, crimping, tightening and other functions necessary to assemble products as required.
- Self-inspect work throughout the assembly process. It is your responsibility to make sure the product is correctly assembled for the customer.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area to ensure efficiency and no safety hazards.
- Meets all quality, quantity and established manufactured practices to satisfy customer requirements.
- Look for methods to improve all products and process for making products.
- Reach goals for productivity, quality, and inventory.
- Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
- Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to support company objectives and customer expectations.

Physical Requirements:
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Constantly operates machinery.
- Frequently moves items weighing up to 15 lbs.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to read, write, and count to interpret Bill of Materials.
- Must be able to reach to access parts needed for assembly.
- Able to tighten certain assembly parts using various Allen wrenches to a minimum of seven (7) inch pounds.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must enjoy working as part of a team.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of recent experience in electrical/mechanical repair required.
